Receiptor AI is a B2B SaaS platform, developed in 2023 by its technical solofounder, that uses AI to help micro-businesses, business owners, and independents streamline their bookkeeping.


It automates the collection of receipts and invoices, both retroactively and in real-time, from email inboxes and offers a mobile scanner for capturing physical documents. The platform extracts key data from those documents, categorizes transactions, and enables exports in multiple formats, with seamless integration into accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.


I joined at a pivotal growth stage, as we had already secured early customers and subscribers, focusing on scaling our reach and impact.

MY MAIN MISSIONS

At Receiptor AI, I structured operations—including analytics—to create clarity on our performance, freeing up time to focus on growth by optimizing acquisition, conversion, retention, and strategic experimentation.

🚀 Growth Marketing (Acquisition):

  • Defined & executed acquisition strategy by identifying and prioritizing the most effective growth channels based on resources, financial goals, and scalability.
  • Developed a content strategy leveraging SEO & programmatic SEO, growing organic traffic from 1k to 30k visitors and ranking for 1k to 13k keywords (Ahrefs).
  • Managed paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads, testing strategies with a $10k budget to balance scalability and efficiency.
  • Executed cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach through A/B testing, DNS setup, and email warmups to improve engagement.
  • Explored partnerships, backlink strategies (Product Hunt, communities), and developed a referral system to drive growth.
  • Optimized growth metrics & attribution tracking using Google Analytics & PostHog to analyze user behavior and acquisition efficiency.
