I strengthened my understanding of foundational mathematical concepts such as measure theory, distribution theory, probability, and advanced integration, which are crucial in engineering analysis.
I developed an understanding of key principles related to the behavior of fluids and the transformation of signals, along with the fundamentals of modern physics. I applied analytical models to practical scenarios, enhancing my problem-solving skills in areas such as transport phenomena and engineering systems analysis.
I gained a strong understanding of the relationship between material properties, manufacturing processes, and their real-world applications. This included analyzing microstructures, understanding heat treatments, and studying methods for preventing corrosion to optimize material performance in various engineering contexts.
I worked with technologies like Arduino, IoT, and digital controllers to design connected systems, while also learning about cybersecurity and virtual reality applications. Through tools like Matlab, I applied multi-physics design principles to develop smart and efficient solutions for complex engineering challenges.
I explored structural mechanics, continuous media mechanics, and biomechanics, utilizing reverse engineering, 3D modeling, and numerical simulation to design efficient systems. Through a civil engineering and architectural project in collaboration with the city of Ronchin, I contributed to the revitalization of an industrial area by proposing sustainable development solutions, including green roofs and energy-efficient designs, with a focus on housing and public spaces, while incorporating tools like OnShape for digital prototyping.
I explored the development of mobile applications using Android, focusing on key principles like object-oriented programming and Java. I learned how to efficiently build mobile apps by creating user interfaces, managing data, and utilizing Android Studio for project management. Through hands-on projects, I gained insights into designing mobile-first solutions, optimizing user experience and performance, and understanding the importance of SDKs, version control, and platform compatibility while adhering to best practices in mobile development.
I gained a deeper understanding of organizational structures and dynamics, exploring sociological concepts like power relations, work organization, and corporate responsibility. Additionally, I studied strategic management, focusing on competitive analysis, strategic levers, innovation strategies, and corporate partnerships, including mergers and acquisitions. This course also introduced me to the fundamentals of economic intelligence, highlighting its role in strategic decision-making.
I developed skills in leading and governing projects, focusing on key elements such as SWOT analysis, effective meetings, deadlines, and risk management. I also learned how to apply agile methodologies for planning and execution, ensuring successful project outcomes, particularly in high-tech start-up environments.
